CORWAO's visions is to cultivate the future of the communities in South Sudan who have suffered from civil war with fragile situation to provide opportunity, resources to thrive and contribute positively to transform lives and achieve social justice through empowering communities for better resilience.
Consortium for Rural Women Agricultural Organization (CORWAO) is a Women led faith-based Organization that is non-political, non-profitable for development and National Non-Governmental Organization (NNGO) based in Juba-South Sudan founded in 2023, but legally registered by Relief and Rehabilitation Commission under NGO Act, 2016 with registration No: 5948. CORWAO South Sudan Compliant with South Sudan NGO regulatory requirements and Board of Directors and governance structures in place.
Consortium for Rural Women Agricultural Organization (CORWAO) dedicates to deliver humanitarian services to the most vulnerable and affected populations that includes persons with disability, Women, Youth and Girls by providing conducive environment through Economic Empowerments, skills training programmes, Villages Saving Loan program, Agriculture, Education, Health/WASH, Food Security and Livelihoods, Peacebuilding in God-Centered Approach, and General Protection including GBV, Child Protection and development programs such rehabilitation of Health Facilities to support the vulnerable person to access services, Education (Adult Literacy Learning Programme). Therefore, CORWAO effort to address the gaps of Food Security, Nutrition\Health, Gender Unbalancing, Injustice and Governance, Human Rights and Peacebuilding effort to mitigate conflict among the societies.

Vision: A South Sudan where rural women, Youths and persons with disability are recognized as key drivers of agricultural innovation, household nutrition, and social transformation.

CORWAO is committed to empower and expand Economic Opportunities for Rural Communities, access to justice, peaceful cohesion especially the disadvantage individuals such as women, girls, persons with disability, IDPs and youth in South Sudan to achieve sustainable livelihoods, Food Security and community resilience through integrated agricultural and development programs.
